The only thing is that they are offering good packages however, people do not stay here.attrition is very high

The company’s culture is worst in the Nutrition industry, the management itself is involved and engaged in illicit marketing practices like giving special discounts on the supplies of Modern trade and the same good hit the general trade market at reduced price making the field force suffer. They are corrupting the Drs by offering foreign tours and other illegal activities & services.

Area Sales Managers do not know how to speak and don't do your confirmation to employees every day They make the employee work by threatening them and even if we complain to the Zonal sales manager and her, they do not pay attention to the employee. You are also terminated after 6 months, the employee does not have job satisfaction in this company, even by mistake, do not work in this company. I have had a very bad experience in this company and the company doesn't even think of career as an employee. It was a good Journey in nutrition category. Company policies & employee benefits also good.

Dislikes

Need to improve on collaboration as this guidelines should maintain in ground level & higher management should observe and take act on situation basis. There's no alignment on sales target between medical team & sales team and that's why they are fighting in each other. Really it's a bad experience. Top management has been taken dicsition at eny time to change any policy. So this is not good.
