It was a good Journey in nutrition category. Company policies & employee benefits also good.

Dislikes

Need to improve on collaboration as this guidelines should maintain in ground level & higher management should observe and take act on situation basis. There's no alignment on sales target between medical team & sales team and that's why they are fighting in each other. Really it's a bad experience. Top management has been taken dicsition at eny time to change any policy. So this is not good.
