Don't go for this company. I had very bad experience with this, no any future scope in this company, employment exit ratio is high, there is no management. I have lot of things to say but word limit here. So I really suggest you don't go for this company else you will loose your professional years. Because they don't give offer letter, experience letter, salary slips on piece of paper... Nothing......Read More

Hire and fire policy, no any employee benefits given by law, like offer letter, no experience letter, no increments, only work like labour and mentally harassment... I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
