Nutanix is a good company but there is lot of debt on the company. Being tech company , it is loss making company for last 3 years and because of macro conditions , i think difficult time is ahead

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Extremely difficult to work with leaders if you are based in any location outside of US. Also, the leadership is driven by opinions and judgements, too many politics in place off late and the company culture is going down the drain

Good salary. Better than many IT companies . Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Depend on team to team. My team had no planning, estimations and we were less on resources so work load was more and everything is asked on prio every time Didn't like the rush culture. Flexible working hours but half of team is in US so you end up working almost complete day till 11 due to meetings with US peers.
