As a freasher you can learn the technology well. And you will get the opportunity according to your performance.

Salary and benefits are not credited on time. Sometimes it has delayed upto 3-4months. When you are onsite company promises perduem but you will never get it. And you are lucky if you get it afterall. No transparency how the review and increments work. No proper communication between management and employees. By working under this organization it will be much gratefull that we will get to know about technical skills from the scrap. If you have the ability then you can make sure that within 2 years your can learn much more than other organization.

Dislike in the sense except learning everything is improper in this organization. Like salary delay every month. We are getting our salary after 2-3 month. This company lagged our salary for 2-3 months. As i am an employee who is working at onsite project and according to company rule i should get my perdiem(extra allowance). But i nvr got my perdiem in past 2 yrs. And about PF,my pf got deducted from my salary every month but they have not gave us our UAN number till now aftr 2+ yrs of complition. No single month PF has been deposited. So I feel like it is a waste of time and knowledge to spend here....Read More

The worst company I ever seen if anyone have intentions to join nurture please change your decision other wise you will suffer. Even though knowing about that company I joined because of new management but older management is 100 times better than current management, not only salary issue many issues are there. Especially girl please don't go for interview also

Nurture was a very good company ,now it's worst.or more than worst. U will not get ur tax paid that is no form 16. Ur future is on stake no PF account and PF remittance to government department.but ur pf will get deducted. No salary on time always u vl get delayed by minimum one month and if ur onsite/ client site forget about allowances and start eating ur savings. Only dramatic and pathetic management.
