nurture has good benefits as it's part of UPL

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Very poor leadership team which changes strategy every week. None of the leaders know how to operate basis numbers & data and a lot of judgemental calls are taken.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
