Fraud company both the partners of company is horrible, don't provide salary Take handover of project and then no response for salary HR, accounts dnt even revert email Overall horrible company dnt work with them

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
