You can work how many hours u want

Dislikes

Working life balance is very worst normal working hours is 9:30 to 5:30 but we have to work more than 12 hrs they don’t pay even for extra hours.salary and travel vochers also given very late. Final waste of time and money.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
