Only stock option, which is very rare to survive in company till more than a year to vested these stock

Worst place to work. Old legacy employees totally captured and having complete dependencies on the product and they are not allowing to sustain new employees and neither adding any new values to their legacy dump products. majorly support. Company are not employee oriented. During complete covid times office are open and management and HR forcing hard to work from office for software engineers without any reason. Except for money and stocks nothing is great, It's a graveyard for good companies to go down in history. Broadcom acquires great companies kill it's soul and gives them an unpleasant death.
