It already became mess. Leadership from director level created shadow teams with in teams to Target for their own sake. I see congenital liers in CA. CA is a coaching center for ethics less rat eat rat polytics. Just join for the sake of learning security product on your own and come out quickly . Managers don't even know what is ooad,c++ or Java..but they act like knowing things. Bluff management. In my current organization I delivered 4 releases in 9 months .
