NTT Data has a wonderful place to work. Organisation has been a source of my bread and butter for a decade.

Dislikes

Organization is prefect (almost all are) but the issue is with managers, VPS where they would prefer their loved ones/bucket holders to be promoted. There is no fair chance to provide equal opportunity when it comes to upskilling, promotion etc. I believe this is a unusual issue. Will have to leave with it

Its the worst company i have ever came across, employees login for 10 hours daily and on the attendance portal they mark the attendance as 9 hours for everyone. This is a harrasment, working for 10 hours. I have worked with two projects in NTT Humana and Amgen. Same procedure in each project and night shifts.
