I am writing this review based out on my personal experience and this would be the same [100 %] with all my colleagues who worked with me in the project. We joined on vendor payroll in NTT Data for a new project for Bangalore location [AVON]. We were told that based on performance, employees would be made permanent [The Bait] starting from 6 months. We all worked so hard to bring the new project so success for 1 year and the management removed 80 - 90 % of employees from the project for no reason. [without considering their hardwork]. Still no one has been made permanent. * Give us Bait [permanent position] and made to do work for nothing * No cultural activities * Poor management * Never consider about the employees * The projects they get are the worst projects * Fake promises and makes employees to work * Our Project manager was very cunning and good in making false promises & he plays mind games with us....Read More
