Actually I don't want rate that company as software company. Management don't have respect for employees,they treat employe like a labour.they use very old technologies for everything. Don't have proper tool for test cases manitance. No good tool for defect tracking Even they don't have lincesed excel. No process followed for work (neither agile nor water flow or other) No work life balance - everything will be done in last minute.
