Before COVID the management was good

Dislikes

Don't expect any hike or bonus even though you perform well management will come up with story budget issue and no proper office setup for employees no cafeteria and good food arrangement and no work life balance due to the night shift. Promotion and appraisal happenes based on manager favorites not on skill set and HR system is worst no proper setup to address the employee concerns </mark>...Read More
