Good work environment and culture, management is tranparent, there is not a good cafeteria, company policy are not good, they give not good salary hikeand bomus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and thr management doesn't address our issues. Salaray is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which yoj can't resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have larnt alone in this company more. Staff is little bit supportive. But i needed to learn more but here I didn't got well guidance. So any way they give chance for me to show my skills as fresher. For that I am happy.
