Working at NSHM makes me feel good, teammates & colleagues are not that cooperative, job is secure but career growth is very very slow.

Dislikes

Work pressure is not very high but Incase of some major issue pressure is very very high. I have attended fire fighting training. Colleague are not at all supportive and there are too much of back biting and offcourse famous Bengal polotics.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
