Provides great job security for performing team members, work culture was good. Top Management is accessible. Many of the team members are generally productive and good human beings.

Dislikes

Career and financial growth are negligible. Appraisal practices are shady at best, most of the time during my tenure with NSHM, appraisals were always late. Arrears in salary increments are not paid in due time. Salary is always late (4 to 6 months). Full and final settlements are cleared around 6 months to 1 year. Finance team members are terrible. You would have to literally beg for your salary and finances. Top Management is not clear in their plans and actions. Portal heads are ineffective and "Yes"-men. This place was once a great place to work, always felt like family. Now it has a toxic environment. Chances of revival are relatively none. Avoid joining this organisation at all costs....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
