I am working in this company since 7 years. I am proud that I am part of this reputed company. Before joining here I was worked with many CA Firms but no one is working like NSB & Co. Here the work culture is so nice that you maintain your work life balance. Once one process or projectis given to you, you have to put your everything to make that process highest quality and no one is interfered with you and because of that you do your best. Every year all your seniors always recognized and appreciate your work that's the main part, it means though they are not interfering but they are silently observing you that how you are working. The work culture is toxic here. The lady director spends her day chit chatting with her PA, who behaves like a boss doing hardly any work.
