There will be less respect for the nurses who work there within the institution as they see that nurses belongs to low stream like that etc

Felt good but not much satisfied because of the disrespect of the people towards nursing staff and the way how the Nursing superintendent behaves towards the staff, actually she dont know how to do deal as a gud supervisor for the nursing staf

I really affended by the un principled politics of immediate boss who is an obstacle in achieving the goals of institution,my morale gone down day by day due to the fabricated sentence,white lies and toxicity created by using co-workers and peer group . Unethical behaviour exhibited by peer group due to the informal gangism maintained by boss .Intruding in to the personal matters and not allowing person to grow professionally .she suffocated me to the level where I was not able to justify to my salary what I was taking from the institution which made me to flew from NRIAS ..This humiliation s to be addressed by the director s through different evaluation methods, Randomly appraising employees and head of the department s need to be updated with advanced knowledge,skill and technology.they should be enriched with managerial skills by training that matches organizational culture such that uniform culture is sustained and no humiliation to employees, let the polices and procedures of each department be given to employees such that they work for that rather than aim lessly waste the time,HR department should be strengthened ....Read More

My job was interesting with lots of challenges ofcourse no formal training session s but supportive administrators, Management made me to climb professional ladder from lecture to professor and taking charge of principal and vice principal.
