they rarely make you work on weekends.

Dislikes

its as good as going to school. they threaten to confiscate your phone if you use it in office. they decide whom you'll sit with, at which desk of what cubicle. management is extremely manipulative and controlling. they won't approve your leave if your reason is not justified in their head. package is not enough to survive in Pune. work culture is really bad, HR is horrible. top hierarchy is not at all supportive. management and employees are always "us vs them"...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
