Worst HR people in my life their mind them self it not healthy to deal with employees full-on negativity..& Admin team is tooo worst specially one who is sitting in reception.HOD uses abusive words.useless IT team does nothing always rude.....most arrogant finance team always divert issues to HR department. Once you enter floor management is very serious no smiles they make your life suffocating and it’s effects once mental health. Rigid structure, approval process takes forever as approvals needs to be secured from Abu Dhabi NPCC organization couple that with incompetent head of departments you got a recipe for disaster, HR is the most hopeless and worthless discipline in the organization they outright behave rude with employees.
