General Manger is very nice and humble. Down to earth person.

Dislikes

No benifits for the senior or any junier staff. Junior staff leaves the company with in 4-6 months of spam.

Government should bring a rule that hoteliers should be paid atleast 30 thousand from fresher position.Tis hotels are giving 12-13k in hand if you are a fresher.But after working some days you will regret why you joined hotel line.Please find any other line and join.Every department is a hell

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
