Whosoever ia planning to join as an EA It's a humble request please don't join this company. You will join as an EA and end up doing tele calling. One fine day HR will come and say to stop working from now on Pathetic work culture. Always monitored on cctv even during lunch break.

Their is no job security.. one day HR will call you and informed you that no need to come from tomorrow. HR are very good but they don't have any rights in this company. Unprofessional company, Employees rely on HR to change the policies but nothing is in hands of HR.

Dislikes

Management constantly mistreated HR and took advantage of employees. There was a constant atmosphere of fear, with threats of discontinuation hanging over our heads. The leadership's approach was unprofessional and toxic, creating a stressful and unstable work environment. I would not recommend working here.
