Nothing. HR make fake promises confidently that's what I like most.
No proper salary structure, when asked for salary structure HR stops to respond to your queries. Too much HR involvement in each and every tasks. Too poor hierarchy. Promotions are done strictly on buttering basis. All management in old lady's hand whose thought process is too old. Hence company not able to grow during last few years. Employees strength reduced to more than 70% because of such old thought process. Fake promises were make with new employees regarding WFH. After joining they forced employee to work from office. No work life. It's better to be jobless than working here. Because they hire you for different profile and asked you to work on old technology. Too much toxic environment. Hr calculate how many times you went for washroom, how many times you went for coffee break. They are not providing experience certificate on last working day. They give you so many reasons to leave the company.
1. Policies are very old and not updated as per market standards. 2. They do not count or appreciate your efforts. 3. Partiality is done on basis of team and manager. 4. They give appreciations, promotion and increment based on buttering and not the efforts. 5. If you go to management to discuss on your concerns related to salary, increment and promotion the never give your satisfactory response and your concerns are never considered. 6. Single lady who doesn't have any technical knowledge judge your performance. It doesn't matter whatever your feedbacks are from your manager. 7. All controls are in worst hand as there is no proper management in Nagpur office(Which is the only office). 8. Micro Management. 9. They say they have flexi timings but they don't. Old technology used in web application and other software which are not used in any market. Fake client side opportunity promises to new joinee. Only managers go. Even over 10 year old seniors have not visited client side. Hire on basis of market technologies and work on very old technology. Copy paste from other softwares. Tell work from home but manager always force to work from office. Micromanagement, not given enough space to work. Install Desktime and too much question asked. By policy it’s 8 hours per day but they question you even after completing 8 hours ask why you did not work more than 9 hours. When working in peace, Unnecessary HR meetings called for juniors and try to dominate says You are not here for money, Your seniors are always correct and etc. You see lot of people going from company but few join new. Too many HR for very few employees HR intervine a lot when you are working in peace, HR meetings disturb the working flow. Not good behaviour with employee after resignation. People talk good with HR in front of them but they talk reality when HR is not around. They counter offer on resign, realise value of employee after giving paper. They add over market standard variable pay but give very less. Your CTC on paper is high but you’ll receive a lot less salary in hand. Whole staff is very encouraging and supportive. I was able to develop my Software Development skills. I am disabled and have difficulty sitting for long time. Therefore I was provided flexible working hours and work from home.
There are two things which I found unsatisfactory. First was the salary which I was less as compared to other companies at that time in Nagpur. Second is that many times I found that my suggestions were rejected without discussions and were later accepted. These two reasons made me frustrated.
