working with Novartis has been a worst experience. There is no job security and the employess are fired on the name of Business Impact or Role Impact. The company does not care about the job security of anyone.

People work in a frear ful work enviornment. Perception based culture. Colleagues do not trust each other. Internal office politics is at its peack. Management has no vision for employees. Opportunities for growth are less, if someone is pure techie, may get disappointed with the kind of work. Some days pressure is a lot, while most other days are quite breezy.
