Overall a great company to work for with excellent culture (for example- 26 weeks parental paid leave for both mother and father) Good job security and highly ethical company.

Dislikes

Too much of favouritism. Unfortunately the most corrupt department is the HR department. Things are going downhill under the new Managing Director.

Work Details

It’s a balanced work life with stable career growth. However if you are in good terms with HRBP, you career can go up in no time. Too much lobbying.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
