Novartis doesn't have bossy culture. Everyone is open to put their thoughts and suggestions, only if you are working in HQ. It offers you to interact internationally. Processes are smooth. wide area of network is another good thing in Novartis.

Either you are working in operations, procurement or in admin you will be on 3rd party payroll and you will treat accordingly. There is no growth in this field but yeah if you are in sales you have a chance to grow. No security of job for external employees (3rd party payroll). The offices at regional centers are not even good. No benefits will be provided to external employees (not even the parking facility)....Read More

People work in a frear ful work enviornment. Perception based culture. Colleagues do not trust each other. Internal office politics is at its peack. Management has no vision for employees.
