No work life balance. Every time there is work pressure. Everyone is running for rewards hiding their mistakes, blaming others as much as they can and praising themselves. Bad Politics. Specially L4 team.

Work is interesting but you have to complete it in strict timelines and under pressure always so you will get irritated until you get expert in that field sometime you get irritated even if you are expert or experienced.

- shift hours are always extendable - you can get call from manager on festive day also saying please check this issue in 2 hours - Managers are just saving there back. - Support team is not that skilled , so if you are skilled you get all work to do

It was good for freshers till 2021 to learn basics of linux and DB and voip technology.

We are living in 2023 but ameyo is still using old school technology means no future if you keep working there. Not 1% of job security after merger with exotel. They can fire you overnight. No new business and they are struggling to save their existing customer.

Before merging with Exotel, everything was good. But after merging with Exotel, everything will be worst.
