I worked as an operations manager, My responsibilities included Branch management, Warehousing, projects, Audits, HR, Supply chain management, Sourcing as well as Risk and compliance management in addition to any other critical tasks that were required to be executed by company.

Dislikes

I loved working here as this was one of the few companies where anyone can directly approach and speak not just to the company leadership but also to the owners and actively involved investors without fear of negative consequences from middle and upper management. The culture was one which expected nothing less than complete ownership, honesty and dedication from it's employees. Work Details

Work involved a lot of travel , and frequently had to relocate , having lived in 5 different cities in 2.4 years, lot of learning as very often the company would assign new projects with tight execution deadlines in addition to managing daily operations.
