I'm responsible of branch , me ho to everyday market after take command and payment after we put payment in bank also i will go to port office because our company is import all goods from outside and everyday I will count all stocks inventory our products is farine,Sucre,oil,ciment,Riz,pasta,Maggie,etc

I worked as an operations manager, My responsibilities included Branch management, Warehousing, projects, Audits, HR, Supply chain management, Sourcing as well as Risk and compliance management in addition to any other critical tasks that were required to be executed by company.

Dislikes

I loved working here as this was one of the few companies where anyone can directly approach and speak not just to the company leadership but also to the owners and actively involved investors without fear of negative consequences from middle and upper management. The culture was one which expected nothing less than complete ownership, honesty and dedication from it's employees. The only drawback is that few of the mid level managers were dishonest and we had many cases where we had to face huge losses because of theft and mis-management by such people.

This company is in Africa Madagascar country I have very bad experience with this company. Owner of company use offensive language with Indian worker and also give lot of work which not possible to fhinsh in one day .

Dislikes

Behaviour of owner of company beacuse he is heartless person one of employee was new and he was not do anything worng and he put Indian in jail for 3month with family
