Apart from learning & development and job security, Management is horrible. Groupism and Politics in every aspect (Career growth, salary growth, employee benefit) are for those whome they like the most. Otherwise they don't even talk to you.

NT is well known for its work culture, it's always open to trainings, personal meetings, etc.The work pressure is not Soo high compared to other companies. It provides free midnight meals which is an energy booster. NT transport is the best and safest for women. Overall it is a learning and growing kinda experience so far.

Since I was working in a night shift team, I couldn't balance personal life and work life equally. NT still uses outdated applications. The pay is comparatively less compared to outside

I was a part of a critical team where in we deal with different currencies, market value, Foreign exchange rate. It was challenging to work against all the odds, also it had a vast growth too. I believe the critical the work , the more the exposure.

The company is very flexible . Great work culture.Also lots of on the job training was provided , which enhanced the job role. Great team leaders who constantly supported and guided me. Friendly work atmosphere .

The salary offered was less , comparatively to the job role. Also the cab transportation amount being deducted from the base salary.was a huge amount when compared to the salary we were getting . Expect lesser amount to be deducted .
