Technology is very poor. and no any long term planning for develop the Bank which is affected on employee. We need to work on holiday also & late night average bank branch closing time is 9.00 pm & badly affect employee personal life

North East Small Finance Bank's A lack of opportunities for professional growth is very Poor.There is a big disadvantage in this bank so far that an employee has to work in all parameters. Because of which no work can be well concentrated.And some disitions at ho level are very worrisome which has caused a lot of inconvenience to all employees.
