I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No likes at all. All the employees are trying to leave the job even HO people also.

Dislikes

No holiday, no appraisal, a single person need to do operations, disbursement, liability business, third party products business, recovery. Even any one if fails to achieve the target then need to work on Sundays and if recovery target not met then need to pay the customer emi from self pocket. No job security, no work-life balance.
