Technology is very poor. and no any long term planning for develop the Bank which is affected on employee. We need to work on holiday also & late night average bank branch closing time is 9.00 pm & badly affect employee personal life

Even zonal heads are compelled to do recovery. No npa collection leads to salary hold. Pathetic. Have to work on all seven days a week.

No likes at all. All the employees are trying to leave the job even HO people also.

No holiday, no appraisal, a single person need to do operations, disbursement, liability business, third party products business, recovery. Even any one if fails to achieve the target then need to work on Sundays and if recovery target not met then need to pay the customer emi from self pocket. No job security, no work-life balance.
