About NETPL good for GET. If in case they ask to sign bond with travel kindly say no 1. Nordex engineering center is purely a production based center. Every individual having 5+ experience will feel as a production employee. You will surely regret 2. All Top Management are from production background hence they shall treat you as production engineer not R&D engineers. 3. There is no meeting room, no silent room as said since management is from production background they actual don’t know what meeting room stands for, since they only aware about AGM and GM cabin so all meeting room in Nordex Engineering is been occupied by all HOD. They made separate cabin for them. 4. We are from wind R&D industry where line manager sit along with us but in NETPL they all want separate cabin. When asked for meeting room VP of Nordex Engineering without shame will tell and drop mail to use board room and canteen as meeting room. Board room also don’t have any value. 5. Time monitoring “IN” and “OUT” security monitor the timing. 6.only one Nordex India HR he has too much of head-weight, he doesn’t want any peers to be Nordex Employee. NIMPL and NETPL HR are third party they don’t have any right to take any decision. 7. VP of NETPL has also head-weight he won’t listen to any one, what he say is final and order employee to follow the same. 8. Company owes VP car so he comes to office freely and force all employee to come to office reason since he is coming. Whether raining or not you have to come to office no employee safety. 9. No work from home policy all have to travel office since top management is coming to office. 10. Special parking for top management rest all employee open parking in hot baked sun. 11. Top management make sure they are safe. 12. Leave PL and CL other wind industry they just drop message e.g I am on leave today. But in NETPL you have to ask permission beg for your own PL and CL 13. Top management only focus on micro management. 14. Policy differ employee to employee. 15. Their future plan is to hire fresher and run Engineering center. 16. All budget which top management receive they save and return it back to global team as savings. No investment on employee growth 17. Retain policy is too poor only 25 percent with two year bond.
