No work life balance, toxic work culture, mud slinging, and dirty politics among employees and team management. Treating employees as poor labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. They have their lots of conditions if you are think like slave you can only work here otherwise dont waste your talent here this is such bad company i have ever seen in my life i am working here in jaipur Iksula now now process the client is very dominating in our contract clearly mention 5 days working but client wants us to do sixdays working, take break according to him you want to take or not it doesn’t even matters and weekoff and shift are also according to you, if you are female please dont join here they do not provide any facilities here you have to night shift they will say you can do wfh but it will be completely depends on clients mood and their no cab facilities there is very big scam be aware with this company don’t go on hype for international company guys...Read More
