Exposure to multiple technologies. Learning and then doing is given high importance. Best place to start your career.

Dislikes

Technology is backward and no innovations. Maximum period of work should be minimized to 2 years or bond period. Bond of 1.5 years or more. Outdated documentation techniques. Lengthy and cumbersome process for purchase, billing and payment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is nothing to be liked There are some staff who teach you and guide you well.
