the challenging thing at Nomad is the infra is not up to the mark for smoother operations yet. limitation and continuous follow-ups to documents can slow things down sometimes. the fast-paced environment and pressure can be stressful sometimes but its more manageable compared to other banks/nbfcs/consultancy/marketplaces. there are moments when the system doesn't keep pace with growth but the company is actively working on improvisations, so hopefully things will be better soon...Read More

I had joined with nomad in march 2024 , I team and lenders ,The way they will motivate and support that is very nice and i got good team bound while working time apart from working also . Nomad culture is very nice they way management will behave with the employee it is really nice .

1. They provide full time work from home. 2. They provide you with excellent quality of gadgets to work , which includes laptop and a mobile phone. 3.They offer you good salary packages.

1. The management is very bad, including the HR department. 2.They treat you like a commodity,as if they have bought you by providing good salary. 3. Zero support from the management on lead front. Their lead distribution machanism is the weakest I have seen in the abroad education loan field. This makes it difficult for an individual to perform after having potential also. 4. The formalities are too much in the organisation.Either they are over-professional or just do the show-off. 5. Their hold on the lenders is weak in comparison to their competitors like Gyandhan, gradright etc. 6. Doing work from home itself start to feel borring after a period of 3 months.
