1. The management is very bad, including the HR department. 2.They treat you like a commodity,as if they have bought you by providing good salary. 3. Zero support from the management on lead front. Their lead distribution machanism is the weakest I have seen in the abroad education loan field. This makes it difficult for an individual to perform after having potential also. 4. The formalities are too much in the organisation.Either they are over-professional or just do the show-off. 5. Their hold on the lenders is weak in comparison to their competitors like Gyandhan, gradright etc. 6. Doing work from home itself start to feel borring after a period of 3 months. It starts to take a toll on you mentally and physically. That is why I feel that work from home is the worst idea.

Work from home culture is truly rewarding. No overtime work and ample paid leaves. Pf and bonus benefits. Great opportunity for sincere employees. Great leadership and learning opportunities. I strongly recommend Nomad Credit for anyone serious with their career and passionate for learning.

working at Nomad is fulfilling because the company matches my passion for helping aspiring students. the environment encourages growth and learning which keeps me motivated even though the infra is not perfect management is trying and actively improving things, and many employees who didn't get respect or opportunities to flourish elsewhere have found success here some tried to use their newfound skills outside but failed miserably and have realized the value of nomad and many choose to stay appreciating the growth and respect they have gained here

Dislikes

the challenging thing at Nomad is the infra is not up to the mark for smoother operations yet. limitation and continuous follow-ups to documents can slow things down sometimes. the fast-paced environment and pressure can be stressful sometimes but its more manageable compared to other banks/nbfcs/consultancy/marketplaces. there are moments when the system doesn't keep pace with growth but the company is actively working on improvisations, so hopefully things will be better soon
