Some good managers are there, that's why I am still surviving. But I love Telecom and no other company is good as Nokia.

Mainly no promotions for external employees, it's likely to 0%. No family health insurance. All the rights and facilities are only for On role Employees.

From Job stability prospective I must say as a telecom company its hell better than other companies and i certainly feel proud to be part of this reputed organisation.

The worst part of the company is paralize HR system, for which employees are suffering like anything.All employee engagement factors are handled by Reporting Managers and Dept Heads , infact I can say they are whole and sole authorities inside the company. Even I too suffered a lot for the same.Unwillingly I had to step down from myjob due unfair allocation issues.To explain you more about my issue ...i am sharing the exact reason for leaving Nokia ....I lost my mapping from the allocated account after 1 and Half year of my joining the company but after that nobody helped me to get any further mapping , there were desired opening in other accounts of my expertise but nobody guide me to avail them.In sort I can say ...I left frustrated for getting temporary mapping during my end days at Nokia.I wish the company will empower the HR team in coming days to maintain the legacy of the this esteemed organisation....Read More
