1. My location is kolkata, and my leader is very supportive and also the work culture is very good , flexible work timing 2. Good package 3. Salary on time

1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.

There is nothing to like about the place. I was fortunate enough to have a closely bonded team in Kolkata which kept me here for over a year.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, Vertical Heads and HR are baboons (they behave like humans, but lack the intelligence). There is no work/life balance and even the job will ask you to stay out on the road till 10pm everyday. Attendance policy needs to be fixed and they will look for every opportunity to deduct salary. Highly recommended not to join this organization.

Work Life at NoBrokerHood is horrible. As soon as my team was fired (50% of the team) things started to fall apart. No new hiring to fill in the gaps, the entire pressure was on the existing team.

Very good organization have good policies for female and male associates too, security played an excellent role and hats off to your duties. Work culture is so good and happy to work with this organization for longer period of time. Organization is open to innovation and make associates to adopt latest technology.
