Such a third class working environment. They never allow you to work with freedom and toxic culture wherein old employee vs new employee. They just provide free meals in all offices but not enough on the cost of toxic culture & zero support. They work on seasonal basis therefore they hire in September and then start firing people from June. I dont recommend anyone to work in Nobroker. I hv seen them firing people giving zero salary even after working for 28 days. They also send expectation emails once you start serving notice period and they fire you in notice period as well. There are people who joined TL level from inception of Nobroker and they become Directors but they dont have any value when it comes to acknowledge the efforts of an employee. HR only hear your VH so no chance of escalating to HR. Also there is no process of Self ratings in appraisal so you depend on only your Manager feedback. If dont like you then no appraisal even you've worked so hard. I've worked here for almost more than a year but never recommend anyone to join Nobroker....Read More

There's nothing to like with working at NoBroker. A toxic environment I've found in this company. It's the worst company I've ever done work with, low skilled managers they hired and no one HR take your query seriously. The managers are well trained to do flattery to their uper head managers. That's it

I have worked for whole month September 21- october2 20, as there some health issues and they are not providing leaves for those days also ,I thought to quit it and we will get salary on month end of October they know That I quit the job the didn't even provide my whole month salary ,I explained them the situation also regarding Ihave to pay the rent for my room I even cried in call while talking to the manager they saying it's in process if everything goes well will send you like that, after one month I ask them regarding salary it will not possible to send like insane the company is don't ever join, I asked them to give two consecutive days off in every month due to health issue they dined it is not possible to give....Read More

Very worst Unit Heads 9 hrs shift in that 8 your Unit Heads will die for Targets. If the performance is low in the what’sapp group itself they will shame you. For every one hour productivity will be updated. They make us scare. Overall my ratings is 2 Better don’t join in this company it’s humble request.

There is another level of politics and bias inside the company where the higher authorities give importance to the one who take care of them like a slave. Wish there were team co-ordination. Everyone have different cheap attitude where they are not interested to help anyone but yet they will become the reason for creating a problem Work pressure is high without any team help. There is nothing called Professionalism inside the nobroker company. The only motive is to earn .. earn so much that they started forcing customer support folks to do sales and it was mandate to do. No understanding for the employee at all as the Unit head and manager was so corrupt that they lack behind understanding anyone's situation and if ask for leave than it will mark as LOP even if the reason is genuine. The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset. It's a great opportunity to work here, providing meals is very good, i really appreciate that. I love working with my team.

Dislikes

No recognition, no work life balance, no difference between a technically supporting employee and normal non technical employee. Rotational week for support team that too only 1 day in a week you don't know when u get that 1 day off.
