I Loved being with everyone and helping each other in that company. And second thing salary was paid on time

The biggest problem was when i was working there, they putted my profile on hold for 2,3 month. And the second problem was that the tool we were working on was not working property and there was no quality lead.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management need to improve there transpirancy toword the people who are working for the company ( agent level). There is a huge cafeteria. Company need to work on policies towords the agent level, as managers are very dominating and HRs need to maintain some secrecy. Company give fair and good salry hike and incentives.

Dislikes

There is a lots of castism and politics towords caste and management's doesn't address our issue.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
