I have worked in Nobroker for 1year I joined last year on march 2023, and the work culture very ungrateful, if your doing good at work, then others will pull you down especially your UH AND TEAM LEADER, MR.VISHAL SHINDE and TL Sajad, AGM MITHUN SAINI, it was very ungreatful Experience.

@CEO Amit Agarwal sir,if my message reached to you so I will request you look into it, I was the performer in norbroker, I was working in seller servicing department in Kgnr, my reporting manager was Sajad amin, I consistently performing in deprt, I had achieved more than 1 lacs of revenue continues in the following months of Nov Dec and Jan, even I was the top performer in seller servicing, my UH MR. VISHAL SHINDE he had misbehaved with me, and sending inappropriate message on what's up and try to spy on me every day, when I highlight this issue to management they didn't even take any action on him, also they asked me to quite, and focus on work, in the month Nov there was slightly changes in the process I was assign as a Seller RM and other was Lead RM, then few properties got re-assign to me in the month of Nov, I handled those properties, and in that one property owner confirmed that his property was showing by his friend who was a Broker, as per the norms I've informed to my supervisor and requested them to suggest me further, I simply drop them and email where I'd mentioned it with call stamp, also thede was active negotiation was going on, where my senior asked me to call the seller as he already Marked as Broker- key with broker, And pinched for FRM PLAN the property was on 150 days and still I pinched him but he refused to take And then my TL mentioned it on email to be touch with CX because active negotiation going on, as seller marled as broker still they told me to call and asked for buyers feedback, I did what my senior told me to do, but in this scenario I they delete my email also MY TL was a good friend of AGM , and My UH was a good friend of TL, so everyone moved it, and they risk my job to secure theirs, I even asked my AGM to see the email first where my TL Asked me to do so, they target me and terminate me without any explanation, the seller was not a broker he handover the keys with broker, in that also he agreed that afterwards his friend will not shown the property anymore to Nobroker buyers, but still they marked him as a broker, @Amit sir I was the performer I give every cent to the company I used to work in Mumbai Nobroker office but somehow it got shutdown, and i took the decision to come Bangalore for job, and I get two times early promotion even my name got recognized in Achievers club, I did even explain this to HR krushali shah but she didn't even listened any of my word and disconnect the meeting, I told it was told by the Management even I asked her to check emails but she refused and told me that I will not get my f&f nor experience letter and I've done a fraud, I will request you to check each and every call and where you will find out I've not done any of fraud. My f&f they have not given nor experience letter, I will request atleast give my f&f and experience letter also take leagal action on everyone who involved in this, this is my humble request, also check my previous performance how well I was doing! Worst culture they treat employees as donkeys UH and TLs doesn't behave life professional. Promotion is only given for their closed ones. No value for hard work partiality
