You can't think of future in this company, they can terminate you by giving any reason either for performance, behavior, or they blame you for some things just to hire new ones on less salary or just for cost cutting, they don't even respond when you get stuck in some critical situations during job, such a thief company is Nobroker just because of their management, they hire some kids in management who are just dumb and don't know how take decisions, just act abnormally, every week they launch new rules and regulations for employees, new work structures, incentives structure, they don't even know what they are doing . I have the worst experience over their, regretting working for them. There is no timing, they can call you anytime and give some random task. They lie to customers just to close the leads and increase the business than we have to tackle the customers after sales to provide services possible....Read More
