There is nothing to be liked. Poor leadership team. Poor management. Employee gets treated badly post their resignation they give fake promises to give hike pr appraisal post 6 months of your joining but when the time arrives they change their criteria or they will behaved nothing has been promised by their end. Nobody is there to listen to the employee’s problems they can only give you useless solutions e.g - if your manager is toxic please go to other floor and work from their instead of cross verifying the problems faced by the employee. It's a great opportunity to work here, providing meals is very good, i really appreciate that. I love working with my team.

No recognition, no work life balance, no difference between a technically supporting employee and normal non technical employee. Rotational week for support team that too only 1 day in a week you don't know when u get that 1 day off.

Politics to the core. They treat employees like slave.. make you work and do not pay incentive. They are hiring people from Byjus and working in real estate like Byjus. Giving all resale leads because they have resale leads only and asking to do primary sale from it. Giving unreasonalble target 3cr to an employee with 45-50K salary per month. Hire in NRI vertical and give all local resale leads. They do not give direction only pressuire to give business. Fire Hire policy.
