1. No job security, you can be terminated at any point without any proper reason. 2. 6 days working with 10-11working hours 3. HR Team will only listen to your manager’s concern not employees. If you say anythng against your manage with the HR team then within 2 months you will see hell loads of pressure which ll make you voluntary resign from company 4. Micromanagement with politics 5.
