I had a good experience of working with NNIIT. I have observed some pros and cons - Pros 1. You are given respect by the management especially if you're a good teacher. They talk nicely which is appreciated. 2. You'll have enough chances to enhance your skills as they have a great many students to teach. 3. Their portal is one of the best and no nonsense kind of a portal. It works fluidly. Classes are taken on the zoom which in itself a nice platform. 4. No micromanagement as teachers are free to use their own methods to teach students. 5. They provide holidays and readily allow urgent leaves. If you take leaves then you have to reschedule the class. 6. If your subject demo went good and you're a good teacher with good communication skills then you can negotiate the salary....Read More

Cons- 1. They exploit teachers and egregiously underpay them. For taking classes of JEE and NEET level they pay as low as 12,000 per month. 2. They expect a teacher to engage, in this abysmal pay, in making notes, DPPs, periodic tests and Student reports. 3. Sometimes salary gets delayed by 2-3 days. Salary is supposed to be credited on 15th of every month. Majority of times salary doesn't get credited fully and you have to raise the issue then they credit. 4. Their work management is student centred not teacher centered. If any parent complains even for petty issues then they treat it as a major escalation and sometimes issue decrees in the official group regarding monetary penalties. 5. Full and final dues settlement is lethargic. They don't respect their words. You'll have to remind repeatedly they settle that too partially. This is so exasperating....Read More
