If you want to spend your time in AC environment then join this company because there's no work to do. If you are love to involve into big fake talks than this company is for you.

Director has no guts to make decisions and Additional Director is just come to office for using social media and chit chat over calls.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
