Nothing. Worst company in one word.

everything. The company is running on dictatorship. That's the reason after completing 11 years in industry also the company couldn't achieve anything. Still they have 10-12 employees; most of them are friends and families of the owner. No culture, poor environment, no work-life balance, pathetic higher management, disgusting behaviour towards employees, no hike etc etc.

worst company I ever worked with. As a person the owner is not bad but he is surrounded by foolish people and there is no proper approach how to run a company.
